FAQ

  • My offerings include live typewriter poetry activations, interactive installations, workshops, poetic jazz performances, speaking engagements, and commissioned poetry projects for organizations, institutions, brands, and private clients.

  • Live typewriter poetry is an interactive experience where guests engage in a brief conversation and receive a custom poem written on a vintage typewriter in real time. Each poem is unique, created specifically for that individual, and serves as a memorable keepsake from the event.

  • Personally, I can write 20-30 custom poems per hour cozily, depending on the depth of interactions. For larger events, I can source poets to increase capacity and reduce wait times. All poems are written in free verse on A2 paper (5.5" x 4.25")

  • My exhibitions invite audiences to actively participate rather than simply observe. Depending on the project, visitors may contribute poems, respond to prompts, receive custom writing, or engage with a growing archive of community stories and reflections. My installations have been featured at the Guggenheim, Human Impacts Institute, and many more.

  • Absolutely. Custom poems can be created for individuals, families, organizations, celebrations, memorials, gifts, and special occasions. Each piece is written specifically for the recipient based on themes, stories, memories, or prompts you provide. They may be framed, typewritten, and even embroidered at your preference.
